In order to provide you with a better service, Onix Living has designed a system for warranty service.

The process to register an application consists of the following steps:

  1. Create a ticket for each request, this will allow us to solve each one separately.
  2. For each ticket created, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt of the ticket.
  3. The after-sales team will contact you within 24 business hours.
  4. Subsequently, if the warranty is applicable, the after-sales team will make a visit to the site to issue a warranty report.
