Warranties
In order to provide you with a better service, Onix Living has designed a system for warranty service.
The process to register an application consists of the following steps:
- Create a ticket for each request, this will allow us to solve each one separately.
- For each ticket created, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt of the ticket.
- The after-sales team will contact you within 24 business hours.
- Subsequently, if the warranty is applicable, the after-sales team will make a visit to the site to issue a warranty report.
