In fact, around 80% of its economic activities come from this industry. In addition to infrastructure improvements, plans are underway for the creation of the  <\/span><b>Jaguar National Park<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Jaguar National Park, an ecological project designed to preserve the natural and historical wealth of the Riviera Maya, with a special focus on the protection of jaguars and endemic species.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>Tulum International Airport: The New Gateway to Tulum<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Tulum Airport stands as a promising addition to the infrastructure of southeastern Mexico. It is estimated that it will carry out approximately  <\/span><b>32,000 operations per year<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">operations per year, transporting <\/span><b>5.5 million passengers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This airport complex, which includes a military base and a waste management plant, aims to position itself as the second preferred gateway for travelers, behind only Cancun airport, a giant in the industry. In addition to this size, the Tulum Airport will feature a  <\/span><b>main runway of <\/b><b>3,700 meters<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as well as<\/span> <b>13 positions for commercial flights<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Its infrastructure also includes a hangar and a wastewater treatment plant, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notably,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the airlines <\/span><b>Aerom\u00e9xico, Viva Aerob\u00fas and Mexicana de Aviaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> have anticipated the opening of new routes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  that will connect to this up-and-coming airport. This will not only provide greater accessibility to Tulum, but also promises to facilitate access to this jewel of the Riviera Maya, opening new doors for travelers eager to explore this wonderful
