Where can I find complete information about the projects?
Once you register with us, we will assign an executive from our sales team to share access to our exclusive broker portal. There you will find updated information for each development: technical data sheets, prices, availability, construction progress, sales materials, and much more.
When are commissions paid?
Commissions are processed once the client signs the purchase and sale agreement and the 30% down payment is reflected in the developer’s accounts. The commission cutoff takes place every Monday, and payment is made on Friday of that same week, provided that all required documentation has been submitted. Our team will guide you step-by-step to ensure the process is clear, fast, and seamless.
Can I visit your properties to see them before offering them to my clients?
Of course! We would be delighted to schedule a personalized tour for you or your team. During the visit, you will be able to see our developments in person and receive a full presentation of the brand, products, and benefits we offer.
